So, I love food, I am not ashamed to say it. More specifically, I love good food. The kind of food that you won't find at Golden Corral, although a buffet every now and then is alright. I want food that hits you to the core, that you walk away from and wonder if life will ever be the same. That kind of food, you can only get at heartfelt local restaurants. The reason they are so good is that they have to be. Their lives revolve around being that next great place to eat, and when there is passion in the kitchen, it comes to the plate. So, since I love food, I eat food, therefore JFsays must write about food. My discoveries will make your mouth water. I warn you though, I like a variety of food, and I am not a Vegan or Vegetarian or any other kind of special eater, I like it all.
